a Negro MAN, named ISA/tC, aged about
2.5 years, abotit 6 feet high, very large body

Middle lip, has a custom of throwing
up his head, or looking up when spoken to,
very large flat feet and slovenly in his walk.
Had on a Ticklenburg shirt, and trowsers,
and a new red striped Swansdown under
jacket ; by trade a brick-maker, fond of
drink, and very quarrelsome. It is presumed
that Isaac, is "harbored in the city, by soma
persons wlm encouraged him to runaway. Al-
so ranaway >n the 31s. January, 18o6, a Ne-
gro MAN named FRANK BRICE, about 26
years old, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, two of
his upper teeth out, a well looking, smart,
and well spoken fellow, rather sllln made, he
plajs on the fiddle. I purchased this fellow
of Mr, James Brice, who resides in Farley
Hundred, Kent county Maryland ; his wife
and child (who are free) went off with him ;
she is a short, fat, likely wijirian, and the
child about 8 years old ; the man is a good
sawyer, avid accustomed to work in ship yards ;
Frank has been seen in Philadelphia, at a
; house kept by a Negro named Tho's
Bell, in Race-street. Whoever takes up said
Negroes, and secures them in Baltimore jail,
shall receive, if taken hi the city, or within
twenty railcs thereof, fifty dollars, if a greater
distance" within the state, one hundred dollars,
and if out of the sti.te, the above reward,
or in proportion for either of th. m.

been intentionally perpetrated by some wicked
