holding lots in the. town of Cumberland, Al.
legany county, and on which ground rents
are now due, that unless they come forward ,
and discharge the same, on or before.the first
day of January next, the stid lots so stand-
ing charged with ground rent, and remain

On THURSDAY, the. 19th of November
next, agreeably to the last will and testa-
ment of Joseph Mil's, deceased, will be ex-
posed to sale, at a 11 o'clock, on the pre

Joseph Mills, late of Caxil county, died sei-
zed of, lying on the Soutii side of Elk River,
in Town Point-Neck ; on which there is a val-

as a Fishery. The situation is good both
for Fishing and Fowling, and is accounted
healthy. Thedwelling House aud Out-Hous-

tolerable order. It would be weli for those
