SUBSISTENCE ACCOUNT OF Major Leonard Frailey in the 39th Regiment Maryland Militia [table] I Certify on honor, that the foregoing account is accurate and just; that I have actually kept in service a servant, who was not a soldier of the line, for the whole time as above charged; that I have not employed, as a servant, a soldier of the line, during any part of the above period, and that I have not received compensation from the United States, of the whole, or any part of the above account.
