THE United States To Leonard Frailey Major in the 39 Regiment of Maryland Militia Dr. DOLLARS CENTS For his pay from the Seventh to the 12th of May 1813 ___ 6 Days, at fifty - Dollars per month, at North Point 10.- For his pay for a servant, not a soldier of the line, from the 7th to the 12 May 1813 ___ 6 Days, at Eight Dollars per month, 1.60 For his subsistence, per account herewith, 6.- For his Forage, from the ___ to the ___ Months, ___ Days, at ___ Dollars per month, } none Amount, $17.60 I CERTIFY ON HONOR, That the foregoing account is accurate and just; that I have actually kept in service a servant, who was not a soldier of the line, for the whole time as above charged; that I have not employed, as a servant, a soldier of the line, during any part of the above period; and that I have not received compensation from the United States for the whole or any part of the above account.
