Secretary. Baltimore, Wednesday, October 8, 1902. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Monday October 6t 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Janes E.Simmons, V/estern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, but excused:- CHARGE. Violating Section 16, Rules & Regulations of the Police Depattment by carelessly losing his patrol box key, and failing to report loss of same to the Western Station immediately. Officer James McCaffrey, Northwestern District, was tried upon the charge of having been under the influence of liquor while on active duty at 4.30 o'clock A.M., October 8,1902, found |
