OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore, Friday, December 19t 1902, Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meetingt Wednesday, December 17,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Harry H.McDonell, Central District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof and fined $10. CHARGE. "Not properly patroling his post from 3.30 to 5.50 A.M., December 18,1902, and failing to attend fire on his post between the time referred to." Officer William A.Cole, Western District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof and fined $10. CHARGE;-"Not properly patroling his post from 3.45 to 6 A.M., December 18,1902."
