The minutes of thepreyious meeting, Friday.December 26th,1902, were read,approved and adopted. Trials. Sergeant Edwin B. Bullock, Northeastern District, was fined $1. for having been eighteen minutes late for roll call,3.45 A.M., to day, Officer Frederick N. Fanning. Northeastern District,reported for having been thirty five minutes late for roll call,3.45 A.M., December 28th,1902, was excused. Officer John A. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Sergeant John E.
