Officer Frederick N. Fanning. Northeastern District,reported for having been thirty five minutes late for roll call,3.45 A.M., December 28th,1902, was excused.
Officer John A. Way.Northern District, reported for having been fifty nine minutes late for roll call,6 A.M., December 27th,1902, was excused.
Donation. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Sergeant John E. Sweeney, Northeastern District, be permitted to retain Twenty Dollars donated to him by the United States Government for the apprehension of Thomas W.Lynch,a deserter from the United States Navy,
