| Appointment of Probation Officers. To fill the vacancy in the grade of Probation Officer, caused by the promotion of Probation Officers Joseph F.Lurz the Board-by the vote as given below, appointed Eligible William R.Spittel a probation officer; said appointment to take effect January 12,1903. The vote upon appointment of Y7m. .R. .Spittel, a Probation Officer, as above, was:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea. Appointment of Policeman. To fill the vacancy in the grade of Policeman, caused by the promotion of Officer James B. Boone, as hereinbefore referred to, the Board by the vote as shown below, appointed Eligible John T. Higgins, a policeman; said appointment to take effect January 12,1903. The vote upon the appointment of Eligible John T. Higgins, a policeman , was as follows:- President Upshur,.........Yea, Commissioner Ilorris, .....Yea, Commissioner Fowler,......Yea. Appointment of Probation Officer. Hennick, a Probation Officer; said appointment to take effect January 12, 1903. The vote upon the appointment of eligible George W.
