OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. ~--------0 00 OOO 0--------- Baltimore, Monday, April 6th,1903. Board met;present,Messrs Upshur,Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting,Friday, April 3rd,1903,were read,approved and adopted. Trial. Officer John J. Moffett, Western District,reported for having been without his patrol keys at roll call, 7 P.M., April 5th,1903, was excused. Assignment of Magistrate. Justice Charles Revioll was authorized to act as police justice for the Southern District from 3 P.M. to day until relieved,in the place of Justice William J. Robertson who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties from 3 P.M. to day until 9 A.M.,April 12th,1903, on account of sickness. (Additional Justice Nelson Poe,Jr..assigned to the Western District). Gambling Investigation._____ The investigation into the subject of alleged gambling places in the city of Baltimore,as referred to in the proceedings of March 2oth,23rd, 25th,27th and 30th, April 1st, and 3rd,1903, was concluded. The following named were examined by the Board,and a report of same,taken stenographi-cally.will be found filed as Exhibit No.1009.
