Beginning for the second thereof, at a stone at the end of the second or north 84% degrees west 417 feet line of the land described in the deed from Charles Morton Stewart and Josephine L. Stewart, his wife, to John H. Wight, dated the 18th day of October, 1899, and recorded atnong the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber N. B. Patterson to William F. Lockwood, dated May 1st, 1854, and recorded in Liber H. M. F., No. 10, folio 183, etc.; thence" binding on said line as now surveyed siouth 58 degrees and 52 minutes west 309 1-3 feet to the beginning of the land described in the deed from Mary B. Patterson to William F. Lockwood, dated September 5th, 1863, and recorded in Liber G. H. C., No. 39, folio 84, etc.; thence binding on the outlines of said land reversely as now surveyed south 27 degrees and 35 minutes east 11% feet to the center of the County Road known asi St. Thomas' Church Lane; thence still on. said outlines reversely and along the center of said road south 45 degrees and 25 minutes west 425% feet, south 50 degrees and 22 minutes west 264 feet and south 53 degrees and 22 minutes west 302 feet to a point south 14 degrees and 38 minutes west '26 1-3 feet from a stone on the north side of said road and thence binding on the outline of the whole tract described in said deed from S. C. Leakin, Sheriff, to John Patterson, south 14 degrees and.,38 minutes west 606 1-3 feet to the beginning, containing 35 '49-100 acres of land, more or less.
Save and'except all that portion of the lot of ground•' lastly* described, which on the 3rd day of September, 1902, was granted and conveyed by John H. Wight and wife to the Vestry of St. Thomas' Church of Baltimore County, a body corporate, containing ten (10) acres of land,v more or less.

SEALED PROPOSALS for building-one section of State Highway, as! follows: Baltimore County Contract B-40; Falls Road from Ridge Church one mile South (concrete), will be received by the State Roads Commission, at its offices, 601 Garrett Building, Baltimore, Maryland, until 12 M., on the 28th day of September, 1920, at which time and place they will be publicly open and read.
Bids must be made upon the blank proposal blank form which with specifications and plans will be furnished by the Commisjsion upon application and cash payment of $1.00, as hereafter no charges will be permitted.
No bids will be received unless accompanied by a certified check for the sum of Five Hnudred ($500) Dollars, payable to the State Roads Commission.
The successful bidder will be required to give bond, and comply with the Acts of the General Asteembly of Maryland, respecting contracts.
