The object of this suit is to procure a decree for the sale of certain real estate located in the Second Election District of Baltimore County, near Al-berton, which is owned by Barbara E. Mitchell, deceased, at the time of her death, -which occured on February lGth, 1918.
(1) The Bill states that Barbara E. Mitchell purchasjed said property on March 11th, 1908, and it is now rented and occupied by Miss Susie Waters.
(2) That Barbara E. Mitchell departed this life on February 16th, 1918, a resident of Howard County, and that she was never married and died intestate.
(3) That letters of administration had been duly granted on her estate to Josieph L. Donovan.
(4) That the said Barbara E. Mitchell left no unknown living heirs, so far as can be earned, and that under the laws of the State of Maryland, the Board of School Commissioners of Howard County would be 'entitled to said property.
The Bill therefore prays for a Writ of Subpoena and an order or publication, and asks that sale be had of s«tid real estate and the proceeds paid over to the heirs of the said Barbara E. Mitchell, if any should appear, and on the failure of any heirs said proceeds to be paid to the said Board of School Commissjioners of Howard County.
It is thereupon this 22d day of September, A. D., 1920, Ordered by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, in Equity, that the Plaintiff shall give notice by inserting a copy of this order in some newspaper published in Baltimore County, once in each of four successive weeks, before the 25th day of October, 1920, giving notice to the s(aid unknown heirs of Barbara E. Mitchell, of the order and substance of this bill, warning them, if any there be, to appear in this Court in person, or by solicitor,
On or before the 10th day of November, 1920, to show cause if any they have, why a decree might not be passed as prayed.
