B ¦ ! S The Sunday-school of Bethel Presbyterian Church will render a Christmas service tomorrow morning. Mrs. Ella Baldwin and her three sons will spend the Christmas holidays with her s|ister-in-law, Mrs. Harry Baldwin, of Baldwin, at a family dinner. A delegation from White Hall appeared before the County Commissioners on Tuesday and asked for the improvement of the Graystone road. Th'e Commissioners ordered some immediate work on the road. Mrs. Ella Baldwin entertained the White Hall Aid Society on Thursday evening. Mr. Thomas E. Baker was taken to the Franklin Square Hospital on Monday by Dr. Milner Bortner for an operation to which he submitted, and is reported as doing well. Mr .and Mrs. Tidings M. McGinnis celebrated their silver wedding anniversary yesterday evening. Mr. Richard Winters, of Red Lion, Pa., will take charge of the White Hall Hotel on January 1, succeeding Thomas E. Baker.
