Caltride. and Robert C. Hook, the Court is asked to appoint a receiver for El Tango, a resort located on the Reisterstown road about five miles from the city limits, which is alleged to be insolvent. The resort is said to comprise a Mrge dwelling house and spacious grounds, "where persons who desire to dance and dine congregate after dark," but the plaintiffs aver that they have been unable to discover the true owners thereof. They allege, however, upon information and belief, that R. M. Belt and Elizabeth E. Belt, his sister, are interested as part owners of the enterprise. Caltrider claims to be* a creditor in the amount of $199.99, for building material furnished, and has a claim for labor amounting to $55. Judge Preston signed an order upon the bill requiring Randle M. Belt and sister and "such other persons as may subsequently be discovered to have ownership interests in the business" to show cause on or before September 22 why a receiver should not be appointed, and also why they should not be enjoined from disposing of the assets of the business.
