WHEREAS an information hath been tiled in the District Court of the United Stales in and for tile district of Maryland, by John Ste- phen, esq attorney for the same, against a certain sidp or vessel called the General Pinck- ncy, her tackle, apparel and furniture, and her cargo, consisting of Coffee and Sugar ; pray- ing a condemnation of the same, according- to law, for proceeding to St. Domingo contrary to the act of Congress in such cases made and provided.
