WHEREAS an information liath been filed in the District Court, of the United States in and for the district of Maryland, by John Ste- phen, esq attorney for the same, against a certain ship or vessel culled the General Pinck- ney, her tackle, apparel and furniture, and her cargo, consisting of Coffee and Sugar ; pray- ing a condemnation of the same, according to law, for proceeding to St. Domingo contrary to the act of Congress in such cases made and provided.
