hold the same as his security, but not to be re-
corded i vet to my surprize, he has not only
caused tiie deed to be recorded,, but has
offered my property for sale. The following
certificate of Mr. Summers, shews that his
claim on my property, has long since ceased

July Term, 1806.

David Riggin. J William Sackrid-
er, came into caixrt, at the above term, and
entered into a recognizance, as security of the
said David Riggin, to keep the peace gene-
rally and particularly towards Peter Weary,
until the 2d Monday in November then next,
in the sum of live hundred pounds ; at which
said term of November, eighteen hundred
and six, no person appearing against the afore-
said David Riggin, the aforesaid recognizance
was discharged, by the rule of the court.
