taining between eight hum/red and a thousand

THIS valuable Property is situated in the
heart of that rich and welt known tract of
country, called the. Forest of Prince George's,
and is indisputably among the mostfertile and
best iinproved places in the state.

at 11 o'clock, in conformity to a decree of tbe
high conrt of Chancery (the estate not ad-
mitting of a division among the representa-

farther description of them unnecessary.

equal annual instalments, the purchaser (riv-
