state of New-York, and about sixty miles from
tha city. This property comprehends two
Grist Mills, with five van of stones oil the
mast modern and approved principle, together
with a complete set of machinery, such as
leevstors for wheat and flour, conveyors, hop-
per-bags and kreens, agreeably to the latest
improvements of Evans's system. The Bolt-
ing Cloths are new, and the whole in excellent
repair. Also, a Saw-Mi It and two Dwelling-

ant. « r.-.arket as New-York, and on 90 respect-
able-, a navigation as Hud*; i liver, the only
route for the product of the Northern and
Western World, a facility of purchasing the
wheat at the mid, and of sending the produce
to rnjrisSet, is here experiehc
which no other situation can boast of. From
40 to 50,000 bushels of wheat has been manu-
factured annually between March and January,
and from 60 to 70,000 could, with equal rase
be ground were the winter season excluded,
.which of late years has been so mild that the
interruption of the navigation has seldom been
of long continuance.

I'ifty Dollars Reward.
RAN away from the subscriber on Monday
last, a negro girl, named MINT, about fif-
teen years old ; very black ; short, round
and plump made. Had on a bath coating
jacket andpeticoat j black crape handkerchief
round her neck ,• a head-handkerchief; yarn,
stockings, and shoes nearly worn out. She
went off about seven o'clock in the morning,
and was seen about Hanover market & Charles-
street, going towards Federal Hill. She went
off without any apparent cause, and is sup-
posed to have been tntieed away by some per-
son. Whoever delivers her to the subscriber,
King Tammany-street, Baltimore, shall re-
