OF the high court of Chancery, passed the
24th day of September, 1806, the subscrib-
er will sell at public sale, on the premises,
on Saturday, the twenty first day of Feb-
rurry next, at twelve o'clock, the following
valuable LOTS of Ground, late the proper-
ty of Samuel and Robert Purviancc, esqs.

Three LOTS, each fronting 32 feet on
Commerce-street, and extending back sixty
feet. The above lota are situated about one
hundred and ten feet from the intersection of
Pratt-street and Commerce-street, towards
the Basin, and nearly opposite the warehouses

Commerce-street, and extending back sixty
feet. These lots are situated nearly opposite

100 Dollars Reward.
RAN away, on the 26th. instant, from the
subscriber, living in Bush River neck, Harford
county, Maryland, two negro men, one named
BEN, about 35 years old, 6 i«»et high, strait
and well made, of a darkish compleclion ; high
none ; has lost one of his upper fore-tcel'> ;
generally wears his wool plat tr.d or queued, and
plays on the violin. The othei^ named HAR-
RY, about 25 years of age, ff> feet high, dark-
ish complection ; a remarkably handsome fel-
low, and when spoken tov has generally a plea-
sant countenance. -Theend of one ofhie lit-
tle fingers lias been mashed by a piece of tim-
ber, the nail split, and the end of the finger
thereby rendered blunt; wears Lis wool gene-
nerally platted and turned up with a comb.
These negroes are brothers, and both very
good sawyers, and are much aecustowiedto
hewing timber,with the broad.axe. Their coin -
mon working ctoaths -we're, a short round-
aboutjacket, of coarse brown cloth, and lined
