March 12. dl2t MrTle tellier- DENTIST, INFORMS the inhabitants of Baltimore, that the Perpendicular instrument that he makes use of, for extracting Teeth, is one invented by himseif since he has been in this city, and its utility is equal to the Patent Per- pendicular instrument, which instrument Mr. Le Tellier has used with great success in most of the cities to the South of this. By some persons (who know not the man- ner of operating with Bruff's Patent Instru- ment) it has been saiel that the said instru- ment coulel not be used in all cases, Mr. Le Tellier has made observations in the course of his practice, and has found it to answer for two thirds of the oases which offer, and no instrument that has ever been invented can be used, to every tooth, but according to the si- tuation of the teeth to be operated on so an instrument must be adapted. lie continues to operate in every other branch of Dentistry, and particularly in set- ling ARTIFICIAL TEETH so as to stand linn, and in excellence and beauty so as not to be distinguished from natural by the ex- amining eye of the most curious. The situation is remarkably healthy and the water good. Herring-run passes through one corner of this tract, on which there was formerly erected a Saw- Mill. The terms of'sale will be one-fourth of the purchase money in cash, one-fourth in 6 months, one-fourth in 12 months, and the re- sidue in 18 months, from the day of sale. ON applica'.ion to the judges of the said County Court, by petition in writing of John dimming, of said County, praying the bene- fit of the " Act for the relief of sundry in- solvent debtors," passed at November session eighteen hundred and five, on the terms men- tioned in said act ; a schedule of his property and a list of his creditors, on oath, as far as he can ascertain them, as elirectcd by the said act, being annexed to his petition ; and the said County Court being satisfied by com- petent testimony, that the said John dimming has resided the two preceding years within the state of Maryland, prior to the passage of the said act; and the said John dimming at the time of presenting his petition as a- foresaitl, having produced to the said court, the assent in writing of so many of his credi- tors as have due to them the amount of two- thirds of the debts due by him at the passing the said act. It is thereupon adjudged and ordered, by the said court, that the said John dimming (by causing a copy of this order to be insert- ed in some one of the newspapers in the city of Baltimore, every other day i'orthrce months before the ninth day of May next) give no- tice to his creditors to appear before the said County Court, at the Court-House, in the said county, at nine o'clock in the forenoon of the said ninth day of May next, for the pur- pose of recommending a trustee for their be- nefit, on the said John dimming, then and there taking the oath by 1he said Act pre- scribed for delivering up his property.
