RAN away from the Subscriber, oh the 3d instant, a Negro Girl, named PHEEBY ; be- tween 18.and 2o years of age ; has a down look when spoken to, and an affected mode of speaking. She is very black, and slender- mada. Her clothing I cannot describe, as she left her own at home when she departed. She left her child behind, only 4 months old. It is probable that her breast is not dried up, which may lead to a discovery, on examina- tion. I will give Twenty Dollars for appre- hending and securing her so that I get her again ; and if taken out of the state, Thirty- Dollars Likewise ran away from the Subscriber, on Monday, the 16th instant, a Negro Woman, named LUCY ; between 35 and 37 years of age, 5 feet 6 or 8 inches high ; has an open, free look ; of yellow complexion, and very lus- ty-made. ON application to the judge's of the said County Court, by petition in writing of John, dimming, of said County, praying the bene fi*- of the " Act for the relief of sundry in- solvent debtors," passed at November session eighteen hundred and five, on the terms men-, tinned in said act ; a schedule of his property and a list of his creditors, on oath, as Far as he can ascertain them, as directed by the said act, being annexed to his petition ; and the said County Court being satisfied by com' potent testimony, th>t the said John Cummin £ has resided the two preceding years within the state of Maryland, prior to the passaga of the said act; and the said John Cumming at the time of presenting his petition as a foresaid, having produced to the said court, the assent in writing of so many of his credi- tors as have due to them the amount of two- thirds of the debts due by him at the passing the said act. February 21, 1807. dlslA-coSdMy For Sale, My MILL in the Countv of Madison and state of Virginia, on the Rapidam River, a never failing stream, with twenty.five acres of Land attached to it; the improvements consist of a Mill House, sixty feet, by thirty, with three pair of Stones, two of French Burr, and one pair of Cologne Stones to grind corn for tke neighborhood, the toll corn may be estimated at two hundred barrels a year, and in dry years, one hundred barrels more ; ¦attached to the mill is a new Saw Mill, (hat will saw one thousand feet of plank per day, any quantity of .timber may be got veryjconve- nient, and the demand equal to the quantity that can be sawed ; from the Saw Mill anett profit of eight dollars per day may be made ; the machinery of the mills are in complete order, having all been made new within the last year ; twenty-five thousand bushels of wheat has been manufactured in the abova Mill this season, and double that quantity might have been bought, as the above mill is situated in one of tne richest and best wheat counties in Virginia. The improvements on the above twenty-five acres of Land are a dwelling House (conve- nient to the niiil) vitb fur rooms below, and fire places, a good Garden, Kitchen, Meat House, Dairy, Miller's and Cooper's Hous- es, and a Cooper's Shop, sixty by twenty feet; all the houses are new and in good order.
