ON application to the juflges of the said
county court, by petition in writing ot John
Settle, of said county, praying the benefit of
the " Act lor the relief of sundry insolvent
debtors," passed at November session, 1805,
on the terms mentioned in the said act ; a
schedule of his property and a list of his ere-
ditors, on oath, as far as he can ascertain
them, as directed by the said act, being an
nexed to his petition ; and the said county
court being satisfied by competent testimony;
that trie sa' ' John Ncs.le, has resided the two
preceding years within the state of Maryland,
prior t,i the passage of the said act; and the
said Jfohn Vettie, tit the time of presenting his
petition as aforesaid, having produced to the
.said court, the assent in writing of so many
of his creditors as hat'* due to them the
amount of two.tlunis of the debts due by him
at the time of passing the said act.
It is thereupon adjudged and ordered, by
the snid'coiirt, that the said John Neale (by
causing a copy of this order to be inserted
in tUe Federal Gazette, every other day, un
til the foui ' day of fVpril next) give notice
to his creditors to appear before the said conn
ty court, at the Court-House in the said coim
ty, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of the said
fourth day of April next, for the purpose of
recommending a trustee for their benefit, on
the ^aid John Neale, then and there taking
the oath by the said act prescribed for deliver-
ing up hi? property.

ROBERT R. RICHARDSON, an insol-
vent debtor of Baltimore county, having here-
tofore applied, by petition in writing, .to the
Judges of the said County Court, praying the
benefit of the" act for the relief of sundry
insolvent debtors," a schedule of his proper-
ty and a list of his creditors, on oath, as far
as lie can ascertain them, as directed by the
said act, being annexed to his petition ; and
the said Robert R. Richarcson having proved
to the satisfaction of the said court that he
hath resided in the state of Maryland the
two preceding years, prior to the passage of
the said act; & having been brought before the
SaSd court, and discharged from imprison-
ment, on taking the oath by said act re-
quired.
It is thereupon adjudged and ordered, by
the said Court, that'the said Robert it. Ri-
chardson, appear before the County Court at
the Court $ouse in the said county, at nine
oVloc.k in the forenoon of the twenty-first
(lav of April next, to answer such interro
gfitofies as may be proposed to him by his
creditors ; that the said day be, and is here-
by .ppoihfced, the time for the said creditors
to appear and recommend a trustee for their
benefit; and the said Robert R. Richardson
g-ive them notice ot (.he passage of this order

of the newspapers in the city every other
day until the said twenty-first day of April
