CHARLES MORNEWICK, an insolvent
debtor of Baltimore county, having heretofore
applied, by petition in writing, to the Judges
o.' the said county court, praying the benefit
of the " act lor the relief of sundry insolvent

listof his creditors, on oath, as far as lie can as-
certain them, as directed by said act, being
annexed to his petition ; and the said Charles
Morpewecfe having proved to the satisfacti-
on of the said court, that he hath resided in
the state of M andar.d the tw'O preceding years,
prior to the passage of the said act; and hav-
ng been brought before the said court, and
discharged from imprisonment, on taking the
oath by said act required.
It is thereupon adjudged, and ordered, by
the said court, that the said Charles Mor-

eighteen hundred and five, on the terms men-
tioned in said act ; a schedule of his property
and a list of his creditors, on oath, as far as
he can ascertain them, as directed by the
said act, being annexed to his petition ; and
the said County Court being gntiafied by com
petent testimony, that the said John Gumming
lias resided the two preceding years within

Orphans Court of Baltimore count/, the sub-
