Mr. W. takes up the Art of Writing as a spe- cies of drawing, and teaches it by a system of rules, methodically arranged: but as the plan may perhaps be rather novel in this citfc it would he difficult, in a notification like this, to point out the peculiar mode of proceeding. Any person who may think proper to call on Mr. W. at Mr. D. Fulton's, sign of the Globe, Baltimore-street, will, it is presumed, be satis- fied in those particulars of which they may wish to inquire.
