'She above Property will ba sold on a-cre-
dit of one year, with interest from the day of
sale, or if more agreeable to the purchrser,
6, 12, and 18 months, and on receiving ap-
proved indorsed negotiable notes, including
the interest, a bond to convey the property
will be given, and on the last note being paid,
a title will be executed in fee simple. The
titles to this property are conceived unexcep-
tionable, but no general warrantee will be
given.

Stray Mules.
Strayed on Monday night last, two Mules ;
ftne of them is of a dark color ; the other is
a yellowish bay, remarkably well formed.
They have long been used in my cart, and
are well known in the city and neighborhood
— Also at the saine time a gray Mare, five
years old, 14 hands high, and well formed.
On their being delivered to rne, I will pay
