CHARLES MORNEWICK, an insolvent
debtor of Baltimore county, having heretofore
•applied, by petition in writing, to the Judges
of the said county court, praying the benefit
of the " act lor the relief of sundry insolvent
debtors," and a schedule of his property 8c a
list of his creditors, on oath, as far as he can as-
certain them, as directed by said act, being
annexed to bis petition ; and the said Charles
Morneweck,. having proved to the satisfacti-
on of the said court that he hath resided in
the state of Maryland the two preceding years,
prior to the passage of the said act; and hav-
ing been brought before the said court, and
discharged from imprisonment, on taking the
oath by said act required,
It is thereupon adjudged and ordered, by
the s-aid court, that the said Charles Mor-
neweck, appear before the said county court,
at the court-house in the said county, at 10
o'clock, in the forenoon of the tenth day of
October next, to answer such interrogatories
as may be proposed to him by his cre-
ditors ; that the said day be, and is hereby
appointed the time lb:- the said creditor*
to appear and recommend a trustee for their

Ten Dollars Reward.
Ranaway from the subscriber on the morn-
ing of the 25th instant a Negro Girl nam-
ed CLOE, of a dark yellow complexion
about five feet 4 or 5 inches high, about 18
years of age ; has a bold look, and is slen-
dev made. Had on when she went away a
blue and,white jacket, linsey petticoat, and a
Madrass handkerchief around her head. As
she. has a number of clothes with her, she
no doubt will change her dress. I have every
reason to suppose her to be harbored by some
free person of color in this city. The above
reward will be paid to any person who will
deliver her to me at No. 106, North How-
ard-street.
