Tbe Dwelling House is large and comforta' la, with every necessary out house, all in good repair, and every thing in the yard requisite vor carrying on the tan- ning business. The lot has been lwwly pailed with the best materials, and has on it an excel- lent Garden, in good cultivation. The Yard, without the stock, will be sold on a liberal credit, or low for eash or wet goods. The Yard will contain from 1500 to 2000 hides. Few arms in Maryland, the same distance from Baltimore, are more valuable than this. It is of the first quality as to soil, heavily timbered, and nearly the one half of it well adapted to timothy meadow; the residue equally well adapted to the raising of wheat, rye, oats, &c.
