The HOUSE, my present residence, with
ten acres one quarter and twelve perches of
LAND. The house is convenient and well
finished, having been faithfully built, with all
necessary attached and eletaclied offices. The
Garden and Orchartl contain nearly three acres,
planted with the. best fruit-trees and flowering
shrubs, with a great variety of bulbous and
tube-rooted flowers,and a green-house stocked
with about three hundred exotics In the gar-
den are two squares or fifteen beds of the finest
asparagus. This property is situated about
three-quarters of a mile from Paca-streot mar-

side of her fore-legs white all the way down;
her horns tolerably large, each having a hole
