All that valuable PLANTATION whereon
the deeeased lately resided, containing about
331 1-2 acres, distant about 4 1-2 miles from
the city of Baltimore, and adjoining the lands
of Gen Smith Daniel Bnvly, esq. and others.
On this land are erected, a comfortable D well-
ing-House ; a convenient stone Barn, 33 feet in
width and 75 feet long ; a Still-House, with
2 Stilly and a Spring-House, the lower part
stone, the upper part brick; exclusive of seve-
ral other tenements, and every other neces-
sary out-house ; good Apple and Peach Or-
chards, of excellent fruit; also, good kitchen
gardens. About half the land is clear, the
other half is young thriving wood ; a conside-
rable quantity of meadow, a constant stream
of water running through it. The upland is
kind for all sorts of grain. This property is a
healthy, handsome, and pleasant situation.

ably fine pear trees, from the fruit of which
alone considerable sums have been made. In
fact, no place in tha country can be better
situated, either tor the grazier or planter, tor
nearly the whole of the (arm cen be put into
meadow at a small expence. The fishery on
this place, in the season, is extremely profita-
ble ; and the shores are I'm d with wildfowl
of all kinds. It has the advantage of an ele-
gant prosp»ct of the river and adjacent coun.

-A quantity of this Coal immediately from
the Pitts of Messrs. Nicolson and Heth, is
now landing at the subscribers Coal Yard, at
the intersection of Light-s'treet continued &
Barve-street. The proprietors are under
contract to furnish supplies equal to the
consumption of the City, and of a quality
uniformly good ; and I am willing to contract
with manufacturers, inn-keepers and private
families for their annual supplies, at 25 cents
per bushel, deliverable in the months of May,
June, July and August. An early applicati-
on w.ll enable me to estimate the probable
quantity required for the ensuing winter.
