Will be given for apprehending an appren-

has been absant from the service of"bi"s mas-

he obtained leave of absence to go for one
week to see. his friends in Adams Comity,
when he took the opportunity of going to
Baltimore, from whence he wrote to his fa.
•ther and others in Carlisle, that he was de-
termined not to come back to serve out his
time, which is nearly-two years. It is very
probable that he will endeavor to get work
in Baltimore either as a Printer or Taylor,
as he has serted about a year at both occu-
pations. IThe following is as near a description
of him as Can be recollected—He is 19 years
of age, about 5 feet 10 or 11 inches high, slim
made, carries himself erect, has fair hair,
and of a ruddy complexion, unassuming in
his manners, and especially amongst strang-
ers rather bashful, he is possessed of some
vices, & the most distinguishing one amongst
them is-the sin of laziness, which at every op.
pertumty he was guiity oi. Master Printers,
or. master Taylors, wherever he may apply
toi' work, are requested to secure said ap-
prentice, and ledge him in jail, for which
they will be paid Ten 13oliars, or Twenty Dol-
lars, and all reasonable expences if brought
