On THURSDAY, "The l&th July, at half pant 11 o'clock at the Vendue Warehouse at the corner of Second and Fredirici'Streett, will be sold on a liberal credit, Windsor MILL, on Gwynn's Falls, with all the Machinery thereunto belonging, with about 165 acres of Land, situated about four miies from this city, near one-half of which is cleared ami under good fence, and well Bet with clover and other grass The im- provements are, a neat and well finished two- ; story Hone Dwelling House, Coopers' Shop, , large Stables and other convenient out-houses, all built with stone. The Mill has lately undergone a thorough repair, there are between 20 and SO feet head and fall.
