or impression', of printed notes, each half
sheet containing four notos, viz. one of giOO,
cue of f$10, one of g5, and one post note, all
blank ; "and as none struck from the same plate
have been issued by the bank, except eight
¦$100 notes, from No. I to No. 8, inclusive, or
will be issued until the stolen iv>tes are reco-
vered, the counterfeitsmayreadilybedetected.

CONDITIONS :
1st. The whole shall be comprisedin Twelve
parts, one of which shall be published month-
ly. Each part, shall contain about 150 quarto
pages, neatly done up in colored paper, at the
priCe of Two Dollars and Seventy five Cents,
which is to be paid for on the delivery of
each pirrt—the wlujle, twelve parts when
completed will make two volumes in quarto,
containing 233 Copper-Plate Engravings,
which alone are worth the price of the whole
work. It will contain more than double the
matter of any similar work that has ever
been published in this country.
2d\y One Dollar shall be paid at the time
of subscribing, and to be deducted on the
delivery ot the twelfth part.
Sdly. If the work be not executed in every
respect equal to the engagement hereby made
the, subscriber? shall, on returning the vo-
lumes, receive back the amount of their sub-
scription money which has been advanced.
If required, the publisher will give a Certi-
ficate, pledging himself to that eftect, to each
subscriber, at the timfe of subscribing.

work is put to press ; and even then, the

Notice.
That the Subscribers have obtained from the
orphan's court of Baltimore county, letters of
administration on the estaie of Thomas Coch-
ran, laieof Baltimore, deceased • All persona
having claims against, the said deceased, are
hereby warned to exiiib-i the same, with the
vouchers thereof, to the subscribers on or
before the first day of February w xt, they
may otherwise by law be excluded from all
benefit of said estate ; and those uuh. bled are
requested to make immediate payment. Giv-
en under our bands this 29th day of j ulv, 1807.
