Baltimore county, will meet at No. 44, North
Gay-street, oa Tuesday, the 1st day of Sep-
tember next,, and continue to sit the two fol-
lowing day3, for the purpose of making trans-
fers and hearing appeals from persons residing
in snid county and precincts.

This is to give Notice,
That the Subscriber, of Baltimore county,
hath obtained from the orphan's court of Bal-
timore county, in Maryland, letters of admi-
nistration on the personal estate of the late Tho-
mas Cushman, deceased. All persons having
claims against the said deceased, are hereby
warned to exhibit the same, with the vouch-
ers thereof, to the Subscriber, at or before
the first day of March next; they may other-
wise by law be excluded from all benefit of
said estate. Given under my hand this fifth
day of August, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seven.
