scribed by the said acts : a sshedule of his
property and a list of his ereditors, on oath,
as far as he can ascertain them, as directed by
the said acts, being annexed to his said petiti-
on, having produced to me the assent in
writing- of so many »,f his creditors as have
due to them the amount of two-thirds of the
debts due by him at the time of his applicati-
on ; and being Satisfied by competent testimo-
ny, that the said Charles Langiord has resided
within tire state of Man land, the twopi-ceding
