Printing Ink, at his Manufactory, nut' e Fre-
derick town road, about one mile from Balti-
more ,
The instructions he has received from the
princrpai Ink Manufacturer in America, 'oge-
ther with a kn iwledge of Chvrnical process,
which he acquired under the firs. Chymisi in
Philadelphia indltf s biui to assert with con-
fidence, that he is capable of -lanufacturing
Ink, equal to any ioiported, and superior to
any made on this continent.
If any of the Ink which L St. Germain
disposes of, changes its original color in the
m ist remote degree, no payment will be re-
I quested.
