THIS is to give nctice, that thesubscricer of
the city of Baltimore, hath obtained from the
orphans court of Baltimore county, in Mary,
land letters of administration on the personal
estate of Edward Erskine, late of Baltimore
county, deceased. All persons having claims,
against the Baid deceased, are herby warned
to exhibit the same, with the vouchers thereof
to the subseriber on or before the third day of
June next, they may otherwise by law be ex-
cluded rom all benefit of the said estate.

THIS is to give notice, that the subscribers
of the city of Baltimore, have obtained from
the orphans court of Baltimore county, in Ma-
ryland letters testamentary on the personal
estate of William Evans, late of Baltimore
deceased. All personshavingclaims, against
the said deceased, are hereby warned to ex.
liibit the same, with the vouchers thereof, to
Wm. Gwynn, [the subscriber] at his Office,
in Chatham-street, in the city of Baltimore,
at or before the first day of June next, they
may otherwise by law be excluded from all
benefit of the said estate. Andall persons in-
debted to the said decased, are required to
make payment to the s. id William Gwvnn,
on or before the thirtieth day of December
next, otherwise suits must be commenced
against them, by order of the orphan's court
aforesaid.

dens and the adjacent fields, are infested with
a number of BRUTISH DOGS, which have
done considerable damage to the Cattle of the
citizens in that neighbourhood, and if found
trespassing afier this notice, they will be de
stroyed, to put a stop to the shameful abuses
they have committed.

James Fearon's Tavern and at the horse mar-
