THE Kine Poek is now universally Jk justly
acknowledged to afford ms an easy remedy if
made use of, to preserve us from the Small
Pox. It is too true, however, we seem alrea-
dy so inattentive to its incomparable virtues,
t.iatfor the summer last past, it was with the
greatest difficulty a sufficient number of inocu-
lations could be performed, to keep the matter
alive.
I have nevertheless, heretofore succeeded to
preserve the vaccine infection without any in-
lerrup j >n, and am now well provided with
active matter, which it will afford me great
pleasure to distribute among those physicians
who have not yet been supplied; and I hope
every citizen who has occasfon and is attentive
to the weliare of his family, will employ us du-
ring tlu/j health season, to perform this simple
but highly necessary and imp.riaut operation.
