| 23 Seventh ward-" The seventh ward to comprise all that part of the city from the limits aforesaid, beginning at Philpot's bridge, and running thence with the Falls to the Basin ; thence with the me- anders of the Basin to AHisanna street; thence with AHisanna street to the limits of the city ; and Bnce with the limits-of the city to Dulany street.
