There having been two associate justi- I of the court appointed since its last session, it is ordered that the following allotment be made of the chief justice and associate justices of the si id supreme court among the circuits, agreeably to the acts of Congress in such cases made ana provided, and that such allotment be entered upon record. For the 1st Circuit, Joseph Story. 2d do, Brockholst Livingston, 3d do. Bushrod Washington. 4th do. Gabriel Duvall. 5th do John Marshal, chief justice. 6th do. Wil iam Johnson. 7th do. Thomas Todd. Per Curiam. E. B, Caldwell, clerk of the supreme court of the United States. CIRCUIT COURTS. Tor New Hampshire, on the 19th of May, and on the 2d of November, at Portsmouth and Exeter. Vermont, at Windsor and Bennington, alternate- ly, the 1st of May and 3d of October.
