Baltimore County to Wit on the 22nd day of January 1800 came Thomas K Beale administrator with will annexed of Joseph Clark deceased and made oath that the aforegoing is a true and eprfect inevntory of all and singular the goods & chattels of the deceased which came to his hands, profession, or knowledge at the time of making thereof what has since or shall hereafter come to his hands profession or knowledge he will return in an additional inventory that he knows of no concealment or suspects any to be that if he should discover any concealment or suspect any to be he will make the Register of Wills accquianted therewith that the same may be enquired into according to Law sworn before me Register of Wills for B County Wm Buchanan

Desparate

An unsettled account against Mess. Morris, Nicholson, & Greenleaf which has been in dispute apps by Copy of acct rendered them Nov 3 1795 amts to $ 33189 43/100 desparate L 12445 16 3.5

An unsettled acct againt Wm King of Georgetown which has never been settled as being in dispute with another claim by bonds to amount of L 2800 for which King William Morgan mortgaged several tracts of land as a furtehr security for payment of said Bonds part of the bonds to amt of L 800 lands as Signed to Stephen Wilson (as security for payment of Mr Clarks bond) as well as mortgage of the said Lands to Wilson the whole of which there has been much disputing about the whole has been left to an arbitration but never settled by the deceased acct amts to L 5592 01 5.5
