here. Physicians Testify Witnesses^heard yesterday included Dr. R. M. Nock, Dr. J. Mc-Fadden Dick, Dr. Hunter R. Mann, all physicians attached to the staff of the Peninsula General Hospital; Miss Helen V. Wise, hospital superintendent; Miss Florence S. Smith, dietitian; Misses Mary Robinson and Myrtle Wright, nurses, and Miss Lillian Serman, Talbot Lar-more and Severn ,W. Murray, of Berlin. . Another witness was Sheriff G. Murray Phillips, who was before the grand jury for about an hour. The others were heard by the jury for considerably lesser periods. Aiding State's Attorney Levin C. Bailey in presenting the witnesses before the grand jury are Attorney General W. Preston Lane and Deputy Attorney General G. C. A. Anderson. They arrived shortly before noon yesterday.
