| JO Baltimore. Friday, October 3, 1902. Board met; present. Messrs. Upshur, Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Wednesday, October 1, 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trial8. Dismissals. Officer Joseph CDorsey^ Southern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the following charge, and by the vote as shown, hereunder, dismissed from the forcer-Charge preferred by Capt. Henry. "Failing to properly patrol his post from 2.05 to 5.10 A.M., to-day. (Asleep on post)." The vote upon the finding and verdict in the case of Officer Joseph C.Dorsey, as above, was:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea. Officer Clinton P.Schenkel, Southern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the following charged preferred by Capt. George G.Henry, and by the vote as shown hereunder, dismissed from the force:- 1st. Charge. "Failing to properly patrol his post from 8 to 10 P.M., September 29,1902." 2nd. Charge. "Being drunk while on active duty September 30,1902." ('Detailed at the 10th Prec. 21st. Ward, Registration Office1).
