Officer Harry C.Busick, Central District, was tried upon the charge of having been thirty minutes late for roll-call 6 A.M., October 4, 1902, and fined $1.00 Officer William E.Waters, Northwestern District, was tried upon the charge of having been asleep in Truck House No. 4 at 3.50 A.M., October 5, 1902, while on active duty, found guilty thereof, and fined $10.00
