| Complaint Conduct of Boys in Neighborhood Frederick Road & Holland St. Communication was received from Mrs. Joseph McCoy, 6 South Mount street, complaining of the conduct of boys, etc., in the neighborhood of Frederick avenue and Holland street. It was ordered that the said communication be referred to the Marshal for his attention. Saloon. Ensor & Eager Streets. The attention of the Board was called to saloon Ensor & Eager streets, kept by one Farley, where, it is alleged, the liquor law is violated. It was ordered that the matter be referred to the Marshal for his attention. Re-instatement of Officer Joseph C. Dorsey- Southern District. The Board, by unanimous vote reconsidered its action of October 3,1902, by which Officer Joseph C.Dorsey of the Southern District was dismissed from the force. The vote upon the re-consideration of action in the case of Officer Josph C.Dorsey, as above, was as follows:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea. The Board by unanimous vote fined Officer Josph C.Dorsey $10.00 for having failed to properly patrol his post from 2.05 to 5.10 A.M., October 3,1902.
