General Fund------ $37,821.36 The Board adjourned at 1.40 o'clock P.M, Baltimore, Md.t MondayT October 27. 1902. Board met; present. Messrs Upshurt Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, October 24,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer James W.Hutchinson, Eastern District, was tried upon and found guilty of the charge of violation of males by smoking a cigar on his post while on active duty at 1:40 A.M., October 25,1902, and fined $1.00 Officer Lawrence E.Dodson, Eastern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the charge of having been off his post and smoking a pipe - ., while on active duty, in violation of the rules, 1.40 A.M., October 25,1902, and fined $2.00 Officer John H.Wilson, Western District, was tried upon, found guilty of having carelessly lost his book of rules on October 26,1902, and fined $1.00, with the understanding that the said fine shall be remitted if he finds his book of rules. Officer Moritz Friedman. Northwestern District, reported for having been twelve minutes late for roll-call 11.45 A.M., October 24,1902, was excused. Officer William C.West, Western District, was tried upon, found guilty of the charge of having been under the influence of liquor while on active duty 1.58 A.M., October 25,1902, and fined $25.00, and warned that if convicted of a serious offense in the future he would be dismissed from the force. |
