Baltimore. Wednesday, October 29, 1902. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, October 27,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. In the case of Officer Frederick Isaacson,, Eastern District,~ the Board took up and concluded the trial of Officer Frederick Isaacson, Eastern District of having been in the office of the American Ice Company, 2351 Boston street, on other than police business from 1.25 to 1.35 A.M., October 25,1902, which trial was partially had on October 27th., and continued. The Board acquitted Officer Frederick Isaacson of the charge, as stated. Charge, as follows:-Preferred bv Capt. John J.Fullem, W.D. Against Probation Officer Wm.H.Disney. was received. CHARGE: "Violation of Section 8, Rule 13, Rules & Regulations of Police Department by being in the house of Mrs. Gertrude Gosnell, 1019 Sterrett street, fifty minutes, from 8.20 to 9.10 P.M., October 21,1902, on other than police business while on active duty." Simultaneously with the charge, as above, the resignation of Probation Officer William H.Disney reached the Board. Officer Disney stated to the Board that he had resigned upon the spur of the moment, and requested the Board to pernit him to withdraw his resignation and stand trial on the charge,as above. The Board permitted Officer Disney to withdraw his resigna-
