| 80 may produce witnesses to prove the facts herein set forth, and particularly requests that State's Attorney Robert U. McLane, and Captain Henry may be summoned as witnesses to give such testimony as may be pertinent to the case. The Secretary was directed to return communication, as above, to the Anti-Saloon League and say that the Board prefers that the said League will separate the specifications, and state, in writing, distinctly, the charge with specifications it has against Captain Pumphrey and Detective Hammersla separately over the signatures of the Counsel to the Anti-Saloon League and its Secretary. The Secretary to the Board was also directed to ask the Anti-Saloon League for list of its witnesses that they nay be regularly summoned to appear upon such date as may be fixed by the Board for a hearing of the charges.
