(Election Day). >,Ul^^ Secretary. OFFICE OF ' BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. ' Baltimore, Tuesday, November 4, 1902. To-day being Election Day the Board was in continued session all day, present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, November 3, 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Donation. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Detective Charles H.Weaver, Eastern District, be permitted to retain twenty-five dollars donated to him by Captain P. E. Mar-cussen of the Norweigian Steamship "FREY", for the arrest of two deserters from the said steamship. Permission to Sgt. Trott To go into the Country. Communication was received from Dr. Pinkney L.Davis, Police Surgeon, recommending that Sergeant Joseph E. Trott, Western District, now on sick-list, be given permission to spend two weeks in the country. The permission recommended by Dr. Davis was granted. |
