Marshal cane before the Board and reported that he had gathered men from all the other districts for service about the polling places of the Second, Third and Fifth wards and that the force in that territory would be about one hundred and fifty men all told, and that he, with his Deputy, would go at once and take charge of the police force detailed for duty in the Second, Third and Fifth wards.

Officer George T.Williams, Southern District, was tried upon, and found guilty of the charge of having been thirty-four minutes late for roll-call 4.30 A.M., October 4, 1902, and fined $1.00
Officer Janes T.Kiggins, Eastern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the charge of having been twenty-five minutes late for roll-call 4.30 A.M., November 4, 19C2, and fined $1.00
Repairs. Northeastern District Station-house.
A report was received from the Marshal, transmitting with his concurrence, recommendation of the Deputy Marshal, that the flooring in the prisoner's toilet room at the Northeastern District
