Marshal cane before the Board and reported that he had gathered men from all the other districts for service about the polling places of the Second, Third and Fifth wards and that the force in that territory would be about one hundred and fifty men all told, and that he, with his Deputy, would go at once and take charge of the police force detailed for duty in the Second, Third and Fifth wards.
