Charges vs. Officers To be fully investigated, Etc.
The Board ordered that the Marshal call the attention of the Captains to the Board's order, as referred to in the proceedings of October 27th., upon the subject of investigation of charges preferred against officers, and to warn the captains to take heed themselves,and notify their subordinates that, if the said order is not hereafter complied with fully the officer responsible for failure to properly investigate cases against members charges will be brought before the Board for inefficiency.
